CAMDEN COUNTY Emergency Food and Shelter Program PHASE 41 FEMA APPLICATION

 

 

Notice is hereby given that applications from eligible organizations interested in applying for Phase 41 FEMA Funding will be received on behalf of the Camden County FEMA Board of Directors by CPAC: The Community Planning and Advocacy Council (CPAC).  These funds are available to provide services for people in Camden County.

Camden County has been awarded $269,026 in funds under Phase 41 of the Emergency Food and Shelter National Program (EFSP). Under the terms of the National Board, agencies/organizations that chose to receive funds must 1) be non-profit, 2) have an established accounting system, 3) practice non-discrimination, 4) have demonstrated the capacity to deliver emergency food and/or shelter programs and 5) if they are a non-profit or voluntary organization, they must have a voluntary board. Qualified organizations are urged to apply.

 

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled virtually via Zoom for Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 12 noon.

The Request for Proposal will be available as of Monday, April 1, 2024, to be downloaded from CPAC’s website at www.cpacsj.org after 12:00 pm. Completed proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

Mandatory 2023 Prevention Reinvestment Funds for Mini-Grants

The Community Planning & Advocacy Council is hereby giving notice that applications for funds from eligible organizations interested in applying for 2023 Prevention Reinvestment Funds for Mini-Grants under the following services: Early Childhood Success, Positive Youth Development, Strong Transitions to Adulthood, and Strong Families Strong Communities will be received by CPAC.

 

The Request for Proposal will be available online as of 11:59 pm, Tuesday, April 25, 2023 using the Salesforce Portal found under the Funding Resources tab.

 

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 12:00 noon online on Zoom using the following information for anyone with questions. A walkthrough of our Salesforce application will also be done during the pre-bid meeting for any one who needs assistance with gaining access to the portal.

This meeting is mandatory, all interested providers are required to participate in the Pre-Bid meeting to receive funding.

 

Completed proposals are due no later than 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10, 2022 via Salesforce. CPAC assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery causing the application to be received at CPAC later than due date and time.

The Request for Proposal will be available online as of 11:59 pm, Tuesday, December 13, 2022 using the Salesforce Portal https://cpacsj.my.site.com/fundingprograms/s.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 12:00 noon online on Zoom using the following information for anyone with questions. A walk-through of our Salesforce application will also be available immediately following the pre-bid meeting for any one who needs assistance with gaining access to the portal.

 

Although not mandatory, all providers are strongly encouraged to participate in the pre-bid meeting.

Completed proposals are due no later than 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2022 via Salesforce. We strongly recommend that applicants attend the pre-bid meeting to learn how to submit materials via Salesforce https://cpacsj.my.site.com/fundingprograms/s.
